Space Management
We do an in-depth analysis to understand the area, it’s purpose and its users. When done right, space planning makes even the tiniest spaces appear roomy and functional.
Quotation
Once the intended designs and renovations are confirmed, an estimated quotation will be made available for review and finalisation based on clients’ requirements.
Design Confirmation
The design stage is when the whole picture comes together. Creative designs and concepts with practicality will be proposed in a layout plan. Colour schemes, lightings, fixtures and furnishings, amongst others, will be discussed and finalised.
Construction
After the design and concept has been confirmed, we begin the real work; We will work closely with contractors and suppliers to ensure a seamless transition from concept to reality. Constant updates on the progress of the construction will be made available to the client.
QA/QC Checks
3rd party professional defect checking is done to ensure that your home is up to regulation and workmanship standards. These external professionals are not affiliated to the ID firm and work independently to provide this certification.
Project Handover
The moment of truth, the big reveal! After wrapping up with some additional touch-ups, cleaning, and moving in your furniture, we handover the finished product to you.
